Organisational Overview
Vidushi Trust (“Trust”) was established in the year 2022 with the mission to impart contemporary skills and education to underprivileged women and children, with the objective to empower them to become socially and economically independent. Recognizing the urgent need to uplift the standard of education in India, the Trust believes that true development can only be achieved through a strong focus on skill-oriented learning.
To realize this vision, the Trust has initiated various educational and skill-development programs. These programs are designed to address the educational gaps faced by disadvantaged women and children, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge required to improve their quality of life. The Trust remains committed to building a better future through targeted efforts that promote inclusive and sustainable growth for the underprivileged sections of society.
History of the Organisation
The Trust was established on November 2, 2022 and is duly registered with the Sub-Registrar of Ramnagar, Varanasi. The Trust’s registered office is located at 3/1228, Rampur, Ramnagar, Uttar Pradesh, from where it primarily conducts its operations. In recognition of its charitable purpose and public benefit activities, the Trust is also registered under Section 12AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which grants it exemption from income tax, being charitable in nature. Additionally, donations made to the Trust qualify for deductions under Section 80G of the Income -tax Act, 1961.
